RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION/REFUND Kindly raise a request for a return/refund within the stipulated period of 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. Reach out to us at sales@knotnneedle.com . Return & Exchange Return & Exchange due to size & style can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and the product should be unused. In case of “Damaged Product” intimate within 24 hours of delivery for exchange or return. Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased, Unpacking video of the product at the time of delivery is required. No exchanges or returns or refunds will be made against garments that have been altered by the customer. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed. All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. For product(s) in Mask(For hygiene reasons) or seasonal sale items, there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available. Cancellation Orders can be cancelled “within 24 hours of placing the order” or before shipment has been dispatched whichever is earlier. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days.
